We’re more than just a hospice PBM, we’re a comprehensive clinical support and education network designed to help our hospice clients increase their level of care.
For each of our hospice clients, we provide a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist Manager who becomes their primary point of contact to assist with all of their needs. They’ll be there to support our clients, help them improve their quality, and ensure that they’re cutting costs through appropriate medication management practices.
Our dedicated Formulary Committee helps to develop and manage all formularies for our clients to promote safety, effectiveness, and affordability all across the board. We help clinicians select the most clinically appropriate and cost-effective therapies for their patients, so that they can continue to grow and increase their level of care.
